Team Lead SAP Transformation (m/f/x)

Description

Setup, management as well as functional and disciplinary leadership of own SAP team
Responsibility for the development of data migration solutions as part of the transformation from ERP system to S/4HANA
Structuring, planning and controlling of functional requirements incl. distribution of work packages
Continuous optimization of migration scenarios
Conducting workshops with stakeholders, business units and service providers
Responsibility for the further development of own team
Active participation in strategy meetings, particularly with regard to requirements management, customer orientation and leadership principles
Active promotion of experience and knowledge exchange

Qualifications

Undergraduate or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration with high affinity for IT
Professional experience in planning, conception and implementation of SAP projects
Experience in dealing with external customers and partners
Good knowledge of SQL, ETL tools, ideally also BODS
Understanding of agility within software development environment
Responsible, structured, organized and solution-oriented working style
Business fluent in German and English

SAP Consultant Data Migration (m/f/x)

Description

Development of customized data migration solutions for the migration of ERP systems to S/4HANA on-premise and cloud
Planning, design and implementation of requirements for harmonization, consolidation and migration of master and transaction data
Rapid take over of partial project responsibility
Preparation and execution of customer workshops based on the agile project approach
Design and implementation of workshops and trainings
Preparation and presentation of current progress and results for project leadership and management
Close cooperation with customers, partners, project team
Project-related documentation and further development of knowledge management

Qualifications

Undergraduate or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration with high affinity for IT
At least 2 years of experience in the area of data migration and integration
Experience with SAP Data Services (BODS), LSMW, SAP Migration Cockpit (Migrate your Data)
Very good knowledge of SQL, e.g. modeling of ETL processes
Ideally first experience in transformation / migration to S/4HANA
Programming experience in ABAP desirable
Good understanding of business processes
Understanding of agility in the software development environment

ETL Developer (m/f/x)

Description

Conception, modeling and realization of our data integration solution
Design and implementation of ETL data flows to connect diverse data sources (structured & unstructured data)
Support in the creation of reports, dashboards and analyses
Support in requirements analysis, software design and code reviews
Development of best-of-breed data integration processes
Creation of status reports and dashboards
Ability to consistently work independently in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Qualifications

Undergraduate or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration with high affinity for IT
At least 2 years of professional experience as a developer
Very good knowledge of SQL, data modeling and OLTP/OLAP systems, e.g. modeling of ETL processes
Experience with SAP Data Services (BODS), LSMW, SAP Migration Cockpit (Migrate your Data)
Good knowledge of scripting language, preferably Python
Experience in concepts such as Clean Code, Design Patterns
Understanding of agility in a software development environment

Data & SAP Consultant (m/f/x)

Description

You develop customized data integration and data migration solutions e.g. for SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
You actively shape the development of our company.
You design, optimize and structure the data management of our customers.
You gain deep insights into the data world of SAP and other ERP systems.
You conduct customer workshops and communicate progress, results and risks to customers and project management.
You will experience what it feels like to quickly be in charge of a project.

You have already gained some experience in SQL.
